Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview
This policy explains cancellation, refund and revision terms for outdoor lifestyle planning services provided by Bloomrypolishir. It operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which cannot be excluded.
2. Your Consumer Guarantees
Under the ACL, services must be:
- Provided with due care and skill
- Fit for any specified purpose you told us about
- Delivered within a reasonable time when no time is set
If we fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy which may include a refund, partial refund, or additional service at no cost, depending on whether the failure is major or minor.
3. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel after paying a deposit but before any planning work has commenced, you receive a full refund within 14 business days. Notify us in writing at help@bloomrypolishir.world.
4. Cancellation After Work Begins
If you cancel after planning work has started, a partial refund may apply for the portion of services not yet delivered. An administrative fee of up to 25% of the total quoted fee may apply to cover preliminary research and scheduling costs already incurred.
5. Revisions
Each program includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your written service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included allocation may incur supplementary fees, quoted before work proceeds.
6. Dissatisfaction
If you believe a delivered planning document does not meet the agreed scope, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and, where appropriate, offer a revision at no extra cost or a partial refund proportional to the unresolved portion. This is in addition to your ACL rights.
7. Non-Refundable Items
- Completed and accepted planning documents
- Paid discovery sessions after the session has taken place
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (permits, bookings, map licences)
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Written confirmation is sent when the refund is initiated.
9. Cancellation by Us
We may suspend or terminate an engagement if payment is not received, false information is provided, or the working relationship becomes unproductive despite reasonable efforts. Refunds are calculated on the proportional basis in Section 4.
10. Cooling-Off
For services arranged by unsolicited marketing, you may have cooling-off rights under the ACL. Contact us or the Queensland Office of Fair Trading for guidance specific to your situation.
